Returns and Refunds
General Returns Policy for DVDs and Other Products
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by wirejewelrybootcamp.com within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items should be returned in their original product packaging. All returns must include a copy of your original invoice.
Calculating Your Refund
The following conditions and exceptions apply.
Partial refunds:
- Any CD or DVD that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap): 50% of item's price
Receiving a Refund
Normally returns or refunds will be issued immediately but will take 3 days normally to show up on your credit card account. Pay Pal usually shows up immediately.
If you received a faulty DVD and need to exchange it for the same item, please email customer service and we can send you a good one.
